The museum of the battle of the bulge started years ago on a small table, roofed with a tent, wich was blown away several times….
But in 2013 the small museum finally found his place in a cabin in our backyard.
Since february 2013, it was officially openend by veteran Ray Fary, accompanied by several American, Wallonian and Dutch friends, neighbours and those interested.
The museum is certainly not only focussed on weaponary, but contains stories from veterans and civilians from the Ardennes and stories, regarding researches that have been done, the last couple of years.
Besides that, we have many excavated items, related to the stories, in the Grandmenil museum.
The museum is accessible for everyone interested in the battle of the Ardennes.
Just ask Tom or Ben to guide you around.
The museum exists thanks to gifts from our ambassadors and visitors of the museum.
Since setember 2018 we have the Manhay History Museum 44 in our village. Our gust get a discount for the entree.
